Over a couple years, the two toilets on the second floor each had a leak that damaged the first floor ceiling. Several seams were opened, one with the tape hanging down. Pretty ugly on a open design first floor. After several months the damage stopped happening and I thought the damage was finally dry, so I asked Rafael to repair all the seams. He did an outstanding job. Was here when he said he would be, did first class work, and did the job quickly. Had a small amount of seam that needed a second repair. He was here promptly, scheduled the work, and it was done in less than a day. I would recommend Rafael to anyone for this kind of work. Outstanding.
